Sometimes OAK cannot delete/recreate names in Excel. Sometimes it is possible to delete these names manually using Insert | Names | Define. Other times it may be possible by switching to R1C1 style (Tools | Options | General), at which time Excel will prompt the user to change each corrupt name. |
