Free for 30 days
To get started with OAK, download the trial version and install it on your computer. It will function for 30 days from installation. It’s the full product, not restricted in any way.
You will need a license to keep OAK working beyond that time.
Licenses are free for former employees of Operis and for current participants in MBA programs of business schools ranked in the top ten by the Financial Times.
Our standard pricing is described below and naturally we would be delighted to provide discounts for multiple license acquisitions.
| Number of Licenses | Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 - 2 | £395 | Single user license. |
| 3 - 9 | £265 | Multiple license fee based upon '3 for the price of 2' rate. |
| 10+ | £200 | For bulk license acquisitions, offered at heavily reduced price. |
| Site license | Circa £20k | Allows all users within the company to install the software on their machine. |
| OAK 4 Upgrade | £99 | Cost per license, for existing Version 3 license holders only. |
License fees above do not include any applicable VAT or local taxes.
VAT of 20% must be added for software purchases made within the UK.
Orders received from outside the UK but within the EU are VAT exempt if the order is accompanied with your VAT number.
Find the product ID displayed by OAK when installed on your workstation (it’s unique to each computer). This is found on the License Information form.
This is accessed via the Operis menu on either of the OAK ribbon tabs in recent versions of Excel or by the OAK4 | Configuration menu in legacy Excel.

The product ID can be selected for copy and pasting.

Email that, along with contact details, to oak@operis.com,
or complete and submit the form below.
